Paula D. St. Charles

Paula St. Charles brings more than 30 years of property management experience to the growing Oak Leaf Management team. She joined Oak Leaf in 2005 after working for 12 years with a Denver-based management company. She has worked in the Houston, Dallas and New Orleans markets. Her background consists of all phases of property management, including condominium conversions and extensive rehabs.

Paula's strengths include solid client relations, financial reporting, budget control, market analysis, on site evaluations, due diligence and the development of strong onsite teams. She has been instrumental in several multifamily sales transactions within our company.
